Pay once for the meter. ₹75/month per meter for the platform.

A one-time device cost and a ₹75 / month platform fee per meter. The fee covers cloud billing, software updates, and support. GST is included in both.

The meter price and ₹75 / month cover the hardware and the Qube platform. GST is included, and shipping is free across India. Payment gateway fees are not charged by Qube — the processor charges them to handle the payment securely and settle it into your designated bank account. Optional Qube on-site installation is quoted separately if you want it.

The platform fee is adjusted from your daily bank settlement once a month, or you can pay it separately through the app. Standard store purchases have no lock-in on the platform fee.

If you are testing for the first time, the first 45 days are on us. No platform fee is charged for those 45 days.

No. Gateway fees are charged by the payment processor, not Qube. By default tenants pay them on recharge (outward). You can switch this so the property absorbs the fee (inward).

Any electrician can install it — the meter is designed for a standard fit. Virtual assistance from Qube is free. Assisted on-site installation is available at a nominal charge if you want Qube to do it.

The 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and device malfunction under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water ingress, or faults from external wiring. After warranty, Annual Maintenance Contracts and extended support are available — talk to sales for a quote.
